Reva Castillenti is an award winning baker currently residing in Portland Oregon. Learning to bake bread was a happy accident Reva fell into after moving to Brooklyn, New York in 2009, where she had the opportunity to be trained as a baker’s apprentice. From there Reva grew a passion for the art and science of bread making, and decided to open her own bakery that focused in using local flours.
